Social Selling Experts program Regulations
The regulations below (hereinafter the Regulations) define the rules, range and conditions for participating in the Social Selling Experts program.
§ 1. General provisions
The program is organized by the Monday Communication Agency Company z o.o. limited liability partnership with its registered office in Warsaw (00-033) at ul. Górskiego 9 (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer”)
The strategic partner of the program is Dell Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (00-189) at ul. Inflancka 4a.
The regulations define the rules for participating in the program and contain the participation conditions that the participant accepts upon joining the program.
§ 2. Participation rules
The program is geared for the commercial partners of Dell Sp. z o.o. who participate in the Dell Technologies Partner Program.
The Social Selling Program is a development program for Partners who want to take the path towards the digital transformation of their sales and marketing departments. It is intended for experts from the management board, heads of sales, along with sales, marketing and HR departments.
The program is based on 3 pillars:
Each module contains 5 training modules in the form of approx. 15-45 minute recordings and training materials such as e-books, workbooks, and onepagers.
The modules are designed for sellers, sales managers, marketing, internal experts, management and HR.
Program participants receive access to 3 levels of advancement
The training modules will be made available on a special e-learning platform available at www.socialsellingexperts.pl. In order to access the materials, Program participants need to register on the platform. The program also includes gamification through the use of rewards and recognizing the shared goals of an organization in using social media. https://sharebee.pl/app-privacy-policy
The program also includes designated expert care for social selling and social media as part of the Medium and Expert packages.
§ 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials posted on the www.socialsellingexperts.pl website, including training materials, are the subject of non-material property rights to the works or databases of the Service Provider, Service Recipients or third parties and are protected under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, Act on the Protection of Databases, other acts applicable to intellectual property rights and international conventions to which Poland is a part of.
It is forbidden for Customers to use the materials referred to in point 1 above this chapter and beyond the permitted use. It is particularly forbidden, to the extent beyond the permitted use, to reproduce these materials and post them on other websites or make them available to third parties in any other way, in whole or in part, to post references to the Website in such a way that it is difficult or impossible to know the source of origin of the materials, reproduction of materials on media, as well as the dissemination and posting such produced copies on the market, dissemination of publications of materials or graphic design, regardless of the reasons or purpose for this type of dissemination.
§ 5. Personal data
In relation to participation in the Program, the Administrator collects Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide individual services offered through the Program.
The categories of data collected by the Administrator include: name, surname, name of the company or organization, job post in the company or organization and position, range of responsibility in the company or organization, number of people employed by the company or organization, e-mail address, correspondence address, phone number, identifier, IP. Demographic information, such as interests and preferences, as well as information collected via cookies, including data on the User’s activity may also be collected.
The Program Participant has the right to: access the data content and request correction, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to bring a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). In regards to the User’s data being processed on the basis of consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing up until the consent is withdrawn.

§ 6. Final Provisions
By joining the Program, the Participant fully accepts the rules of the competition. The participant is committed to complying with the rules set out therein, as well as confirms that they meet all the conditions that make them eligible to participate in the Program.
In terms of issues not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law will apply.
