PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE SOCIAL SELLING EXPERTS WEBSITE
The privacy protection of the Social Selling Experts website users (including www.socialsellingexperts.pl) is very important to us. In this document, we have collected information regarding the policies and method of collecting, processing and using information about users who are using the Social Selling Experts website.

Personal data: all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person, including the device’s IP number, location data, internet identifier and information collected via cookies and other similar technology.
Policy: present Privacy Policy.
GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Website: a thematic website published by the Administrator to which this Policy applies, available at: www.transformation-experts.pl.
User: any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more services or features made available on the Website.
DATA PROCESSING WHEN THE USERS MAKE USE OF THE WEBSITE
In relation to the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide individual services offered on the Website or to make the Website features available, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Website.
The categories of data collected by the Administrator include: name, surname, company or organization name, job post in the company or organization and its position, range of responsibility in the company or organization, number of people employed by the company or organization, e-mail address, correspondence address, phone number, identifier, IP.
Demographic information, such as interests and preferences, as well as information collected via cookies, including data on the User’s activity on the Website, may also be collected.
Below, we present detailed rules and the reasons for processing the Users’ collected personal data and processing it in relation to the use of the Website.
GOALS AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING ON THE WEBSITE
Processing Users’ Personal Data in relation to the use of the Website
Personal data of Users using the Website (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies) are processed by the Administrator:
in order to allow the Administrator to provide services via the Website by electronic means to the extent that the Administrator provides Users with content, services or functions found on the Website, including the participation in training, webinars and others. (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
for analytical and statistical purposes, when processing is necessary for implementing the Administrator’s legitimate interest in conducting an analysis of the Users’ activity, as well as their preferences, in order to improve the functions and services provided and to improve the function of the Website and its maintenance (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) .f GDPR);
in order to eventually determine, investigate or defend against claims, i.e. when processing is necessary for implementing the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the protection of his rights (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
on the basis of the User’s consent for the purpose of informing about the Administrator’s products, services and to direct commercial information and conduct marketing activities regarding Website Users via means of remote communication, including electronically and by phone (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
The User’s activity on the Website, including his personal data, is recorded in system logs. The information collected in this way is processed by the Administrator primarily for purposes related to the provision of services and the sharing of functions on the Website.
The administrator also processes this data for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the IT system and its management, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes, which is the execution of their legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Processing of Personal Data in relation to the Users’ use of contact forms
The User may contact the Administrator by using the contact forms on the Website. Using the contact form requires providing basic personal data necessary to contact the User and answer the question or consider the submission.
The User may additionally provide any data, if they determine that it will improve the contact or the handling of the request.
Providing Personal Data that is marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to do so results in the inability to service the request. Providing other data is voluntary.
Personal data is processed:
in order to identify the sender and service his inquiry sent via the provided form, which is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
for analytical and statistical purposes, which is necessary for implementing the Administrator’s legitimate interest, consists of keeping statistics of inquiries submitted by Users via the Website in order to improve its function, as well as its products and services. (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
Data processing in relation to the ordering and sending of the newsletter
The administrator provides the newsletter service by electronic means, which is sent to people who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose. Providing data in the form of an e-mail address is required to provide the newsletter service, and failure to provide it results in the inability to send it.
Personal data is processed:
in order to send the newsletter (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
on the basis of the User’s consent to inform about the Administrator’s products and services as well as to direct commercial information and conduct marketing activities regarding the Website Users via means of remote communication, including electronically and by phone (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) ;
for analytical and statistical purposes, which is necessary for implementing the Administrator’s legitimate interest in analyzing the Users’ activity on the Website in order to improve the functions used; (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Cookie files (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files installed on the User’s devices when using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website domain that they originate from, the time of their storage on the User’s end device and their unique number.
In this Policy, information regarding cookies also applies to other similar technologies that may be used when the User uses the Website.
Cookies are used on the Website for the purpose of:

Google Analytics – used to analyze how the User uses the Website and to create statistics and reports in this regard,
Google Tag Manager – used to analyze how the User uses the Website and to create statistics and reports in this regard.
Marketing cookies
The administrator may also use cookies for marketing purposes in order to use personalized advertisements to target Users. For this purpose, the Administrator may process information stored in the User’s telecommunications end device (computer, telephone). Cookies and the data collected through them may be used, particularly to promote the Administrator’s products and services.
Deleting cookies
In most cases, the web browser allows cookies to be saved and stored on the User’s end device by default. The user can change the cookie settings in the web browser that they use at any time. These settings can be changed, particularly in a way to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform that they are being placed on the device each time. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the purpose for which the User’s personal data is being processed.
As a rule, the data is processed for the duration of the use of the Website (and after its completion for the limitation period of any possible claims) until an effective objection to data processing is submitted in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest or until the consent to data processing is withdrawn, in cases where the legal basis for their processing is consent.
The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to determine, investigate or defend against possible claims, and after this period, only if and to the extent that it will be required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted, including through their anonymization by the Administrator.
USER RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Website User has the right to: access the data and request correction, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). To the extent that the User’s data is processed on the basis of consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing until the consent is withdrawn. RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his data for the purposes of direct marketing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which is carried out until the consent is withdrawn. In order to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, please contact the Administrator as described above.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Users’ personal data may be made accessible by the Administrator to external entities – suppliers responsible for servicing the Website and IT systems used to maintain it, entities such as subcontractors who provide services to the Administrator and whose implementation involves the processing of Users’ personal data (i.e. marketing agencies in the area of marketing services), entities and entities connected to the Administrator, including companies from its capital group.
If the User’s consent is acquired, his data may also be made available to other entities for their own purposes, including for marketing purposes.
The Administrator may also disclose the User’s Personal Data to relevant authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Users’ personal data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will be based on the principles of evaluating factors such as: interests, preferences, location. The result of such processing will be the display of personalized content and advertisements on the Website.
PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
The Administrator monitors the risk connected to the processing of Users’ Personal Data on an ongoing basis so that Personal Data is processed in a safe manner, protected by adequate security measures, with assurance that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent to which it is necessary because of the tasks they perform.
The Administrator also makes sure that its subcontractors and other entities cooperating with them, in connection to the operation of the Website, guarantee the use of appropriate security measures in each case when they process Users’ Personal Data on the Administrator’s behalf.
